The 40th issue of Dialogial is dedicated to the management of religious affairs and diversity at work, in the working environment. Especially as a source of potential opportunities and specially of benefits; and not so much of potential conflicts. It includes the perspective of an expert of the United States and interviews with members of four different traditions about their own professional experiences.
Through a dialogue between the anthropologist Jordi Moreras, and Imam Taoufik Cheddadi, the issue also deals with the issued of the alleged growing radicalization attributed to some sectors of Catalan islam. The article helps to contextualize and clarify and define the problem. This radicalization, they say, originates and is expressed beyond the Muslim and religious area.
In addition, in this issue you can read an article of introduction to the tradition of Freemasonry, the travel diary of a group of religious leaders in Scotland, interviews with a Carmelite nun that creates Nativities listening Sufi music, and with an "indignant" who calls for a paradigm shift, and much more.
