Linguapax declaration
The Ruling of the Spanish Constitutional Court on the Catalan Statute, specifically about Article 6.1 which recognised Catalan as the preferential language, is considered an aggression that will hinder the linguistic coexistence that until now had been a model of best practice.
In answer to this, Linguapax has published a declaration signed by its leaders and members of the international Advisory Board that many linguists from all over the world have spontaneously endorsed.
