Unescocat provides 360 hours of training on intercultural issues as part of the basic training course at the Catalan Institute for Public Security. The modules cover Latin America, the Maghreb, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Roma population. In depth courses are also organised for commanding officers on Hindustani cultures and societies as well as cultures and societies in the Arab and Muslim world.
