Presentation of the El mal árabe. Entre las dictaduras y los integrismos. La democracia prohibida by Moncef Marzouki. Originally written in French, in 2004, during Marzouki's exile in France. Translated into Spanish and published in 2011, recent events make it very relevant and topical. Moncef Marzouki, who chaired the Arab Commission for Human Rights before exile was elected interim President of Tunisia by the Constituent Assembly.
