Unescocat has had an agreement with Sant Adrià de Besòs Town Council since 2007 for managing diversity of beliefs and convictions, and the prevention and mediation of interreligious conflict related directly or indirectly to religion. It also encourages participation by the town’s different communities in initiatives which promote living together and social cohesion. In carrying out activities in the area, Unescocat also cooperates with the association Sant Adrià de Besòs Friends of UNESCO.
