Secretary for the NGO Cultures of the World. Cultures of the World
believes that all cultures are equal in dignity and that each and
every one of them are part of the heritage of humanity. Cultures of
the World believes that dialogue between cultures, without imperialism
or subordination, is the best way to reach agreement on shared values
and accept shared responsibilities. Cultures of the World believes
that all cultures are the result of cross-cultural phenomena and that
the foreseeable increase in cross-culturalism is a good thing. Cultures
of the World believes that it is good for the future of humanity that
globalisation should be counterbalanced by the defence of cultural
identities.
Cultures of the World believes that all cultures must
be free to decide for themselves as regards how to integrate/incorporate
science and technology in their traditions.
